The Siblings Hospitality Corp
A Philippine-based hospitality platform developing cafés, restaurants, lounges, and events across Metro Manila — one curious idea, and one venture, at a time.
About the group
A platform founded on a vision to create real opportunities for our communities, built together with our customers and our people to create sustainable businesses.
Hospitality has always been part of who we are. It's personalised service that's genuine, caring, and delivered with love — the sharing of good food, welcoming spaces, and of our diverse creative talents with the people around us.
Through these ventures, we're creating real opportunities for our people, while contributing to the everyday experience of life here — and to an economy that hospitality carries.
To develop hospitality businesses that deliver exceptional guest experiences, sustainable commercial performance, and a positive impact on the communities that inspire us.
Hospitality is more than food and drink — it's spaces built to surprise, support local communities, create meaningful employment, and deliver experiences worth talking about.
Early days by design — laying our foundation in the Philippines, with a portfolio of ventures and experiences still taking shape.
Our focus
Whatever shape a venture takes, it's built on the same restless curiosity.
We chase flavor wherever it leads — deep-rooted Filipino classics one day, a dish guests have never tried the next.
Coffee is the constant. The rest of the menu is a standing invitation to taste something you haven't yet — hot, cold, or somewhere in between.
A stage that never goes quiet — homegrown talent breaking through, established names dropping in, and the door left open for the world to walk through.
Rooms built to keep surprising you — restless by design, so there's always something new to notice, never something to get used to.
We listen to the block we're on. The neighborhood isn't our audience — it's our collaborator, and our best source of what to try next.
Real jobs, real growth — a place where people from the local community build skills, earn well, and know their work matters.
A launchpad for the ones just getting started — local, emerging, hungry — with a genuine shot at earning a living and being seen.
What we build on
Every decision begins with the guest experience.
Spaces that bring people together and celebrate local culture.
Music, art, performance, and the freedom to try something nobody's tried in this space before.
We stay curious — always learning, testing, and looking for a better way to do it.
Professionalism, transparency, and responsibility.
Growth strategy
We're building a hospitality platform designed to support multiple ventures across Metro Manila, and eventually the Philippines and Southeast Asia.
Strong venue-level profitability
Consistent guest experiences
Systems built to flex, not just scale
Team development & leadership growth
Community engagement
Sustainable, long-term expansion
Leadership
Joemar grew up in the Philippines. Robert grew up in Samoa. Different islands, but the same limited set of opportunities growing up — and later, after years working abroad, the same realisation: hospitality is already part of both cultures. It didn't need to be imported. It could be a genuine pathway to dignity, income, and belonging, built at home.
That's the instinct behind The Siblings Hospitality Corp — spaces where the community can gather, feel seen, and belong, alongside real employment and real skills for the people who bring them to life. We've combined it with everything we picked up travelling and working internationally — a love of what's fresh, well-made, and worth discovering — and brought it back to the Philippines, for Filipinos and visiting guests alike.
Robert leads the company, its strategy, and commercial direction, with an eye always on what's next. More than two decades in hospitality, tourism, events, aviation, and commercial leadership across New Zealand, Australia, Papua New Guinea, the Philippines, and Southeast Asia. A specialist in business turnarounds and transformation, and in people and leadership development — taking people with no experience and building their skills until they become leaders in their own right. A strong advocate for sustainable businesses built on positive people and financial outcomes, elevated and better-utilised commercial spaces, and creative business thinking that drives better experiences for communities. Currently completing a Doctor of Business Administration on organisational performance and leadership.
Joemar is the visionary behind the hospitality ventures we're building — shaped by his own experience as a customer here and abroad, and by seeing how it could be done differently, and better. An advocate for improving the lives of young children, providing education support, and creating more opportunities for Filipinos to live with dignity, has been the biggest driver behind the ideas the company is founded on. A lover and explorer of good food, well-designed spaces, and elevated guest experience, his focus on every detail of the journey is one of the company's genuine points of difference. A Hotel Management graduate with almost 20 years of experience across the Philippines and abroad, brought together to shape the experience culture of the company.
